Katie was an absolutely phenomenal day-of coordinator! I came into this process not thinking I would need one and turns out I was so wrong. Weddings are stressful and Katie was there for us every single step of the way. She was extremely professional and had every detail covered from the decorations to the itinerary for the wedding. She went above and beyond everything we had to do for our big day and brought us the most wonderful and memorable wedding. I was a COVID-19 bride and had aspects of my wedding constantly changing. I needed a wedding planner last minute due to a change in venues. I asked Katie a month before my wedding and she not only stepped up the plate but she went above and beyond. She was so organized, asked all the questions I didn't even think about and communicated efficiently while also doing so many things behind the scenes. The day of the wedding went so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was in order and looked wonderful. It was such a gift to have her there for the day and to know I was not in charge of the details. I would so recommend her for your wedding! I know I would've been so less stressed if I had her from the start!

We are so grateful to have had Katie organizing every detail of our Wedding day! She is so considerate, thoughtful, and kind and made the process as smooth as it can be. Katie invests time in learning all about you and what you envision for the day. She is thorough to see it through your eyes and then execute in a way that makes your dreams come true. We were so grateful to know that she was graciously working behind the scenes to align all of our chosen vendors into a timeline. She also managed setting up all of our florals and centerpieces on the day of the wedding which all looked gorgeous. Lastly I have to mention my bustle. It was 27 loops and she was so careful to hook it all up correctly and evenly. Then when I would sit and some would come unbuttoned she was right there to hook, tuck and fold it back in place… on her sweet knees! If that’s not sacrificial care coming from a heart of gold, I don’t know is! I treasure her heart for brides and highly recommend her.

When we first started planning our daughter’s wedding we had no idea how much we needed Katie! Her communication prior to the wedding and on the day of - with our daughter and her fiancée, with the families, and with all the vendors, was clear and very professional. She was accessible, answering texts and emails very quickly and always with joy. She coordinated and communicated the timeline of events with everyone and kept everything running smoothly. On the day of, Katie and her assistant set everything up, which was a blessing. Katie has an eye for beauty and it showed in the setup and decoration of the entire venue. She was also able to seamlessly and artistically incorporate some personal touches and photos that we brought with us that day. From the ceremony to the reception, everything felt effortlessly perfect. And at the end, after the bride and groom left, Katie and her team took care of all the clean up and tear down. With both the bride’s and the groom’s families traveling from out of state, having Katie to take care of all of the details that day truly allowed us to fully relax, enjoy, and be a part the celebration, and for that we are so grateful. It's impossible to look back on the best day of our lives without feeling incredibly grateful for Katie Tyler and her seamless coordination of our wedding.
